At the end of October, the 14th “Quality of Service and Consumer Rights” Award was presented in Kazan, which identified the leaders of the consumer market in terms of high quality goods and services, as well as customer service.
The Krasnaya Polyana gambling zone presented the company’s mobile application for evaluation by experts. The company launched the service in July 2022. Over the course of a year of work, a team of five developers optimized processes, providing users with even more opportunities for convenient service and relaxation.
Statistics for 2023 confirm the correct vector of development: just from the beginning of this year, that is, in just 10 months, more than 20,000 people installed the mobile application.

This helps you quickly understand the services of all establishments of our company. And regular guests, in addition to everything, have access to a personal account, which has all the necessary services.”
Owners of devices running IOS and Android platforms can already download the online assistant from the Apple Store and Google Play. Using the mobile application, guests of Krasnaya Polyana will be able to quickly check their personal account balance and receive up-to-date information about accumulated tickets for participation in drawings.
The ceremonial awarding of the laureates was preceded by a Forum, united by the theme “Quality and Service,” where business representatives from various industries shared successful examples from practice and discussed current trends in the consumer market, digitalization and the use of advanced technologies to promote products in the context of new economic realities.
Over 300 applications were submitted from Russian companies to participate in the Quality of Service and Consumer Rights Award. As a result, the expert jury identified more than 80 laureates in 10 categories. Also, in order to encourage the best projects in the digital environment, the winners of the Digital Leaders Retail & Service Award, which is held as part of the Quality of Service and Consumer Rights Award, were awarded at the ceremony.
