Dinner with the chef

Restrained, but so luxurious "Brunello" is putting on a gastronomic show. Having collected dozens of awards and titles over eight years, it will surprise visitors again.

Each dish will be created especially for this evening by star chef Ilya Zakharov. Only 6 gastronomic delights, and memories will last for six months in advance. After all, in the restaurant "Brunello" every detail is brought to perfection: from the elegant interior and five-star service to the spectacular presentation of signature dishes.

Also, the hit of this evening will be stories about haute cuisine from Ilya Zakharov. We assure you, you will find a lot of interesting things to discuss after dinner.

Dinner menu:

• foie gras, brioche
• zucchini flower, crab, almond
• bone marrow, bonito
• sole, cauliflower
• chicken breast, asparagus, morels
• aloe, grapes, lemongrass

Ticket price for the gastronomic journey: 10,000 rubles.

Wine accompaniment is paid additionally and is 4,000 rubles.

Guests will be arriving at 19:00.
