One evening only - a signature 5-course menu from brand chef Ilya Zakharov. Guests will enjoy elegant cuisine, minimalist presentation and a laconic menu. Each ingredient is a story, and each dish is a discovery.

The dinner menu is inspired by world travels and bold experiments: with flavor combinations, cooking technologies and presentation. A tandem of French classics and pan-Asian shades. Get ready for a refreshing and new gastronomic experience.

Menu of the evening:

• Crab/celery/pomelo
• Crispy polenta/sheep cheese/morel
• Chilean sea bass/miso/lemon
• Wellington
• Strawberry/yuzu/grapes

Ticket price for the gastronomic journey: 10,000 rubles.

Wine accompaniment is paid additionally and is 4,000 rubles.

Guests will be arriving at 19:00.
