Yuri Kuznetsov-Tayozhny

On 19 December, the Rosa Khutor mountain resort will host Yuri Kuznetsov-Tayozhny in concert. Few artists and actors are able to channel their favourite performers as perfectly as Yuri playing Mikhail Krug in “The Legend of Krug” show. 

As a singer and composer, Yuri once shared the stage with Mikhail Krug and once judged music alongside Krug. Who could have imagined that, ten years later, Yuri would go on to play the king of Russian chanson on TV. Even Krug’s acquaintances said that no one would have been better in the part, and some did mistake Yuri for a revived Mikhail.

Now you know what to do at Rosa Khutor and what concert to attend on 19 December: Yuri Kuznetsov-Tayozhny is coming to Boomerang Casino. You will hear Mikhail Krug’s songs; they are romantic, merry, boisterous, rowdy, all so different, yet all equally heartfelt. You will hear the perennial hits “The Prison in Vladimir”, “Magadan” and “Golden Domes”. Yuri will also perform his own compositions that earned him a Chanson of the Year Award he received at the State Kremlin Palace.

The concert starts at 21:00. Admission free.
