The woman show

The plot focuses on three totally different women: starry-eyed Isolde has a name straight out of a mediaeval legend and, like Pushkin’s Tatyana, grew up reading classical novels and listening to classical music; pragmatic Ksenia is a DJ who left her native Syktyvkar for a more exciting life in the capital; self-confident Anna is a popular blogger and a practicing family therapist. Each has her own philosophy of happiness, and they all have one common acquaintance who is different for each of the three women. Well, it happens.

This is an ironic story of the psychology of relations between men and women. Maria Mironova, host of the “Woman Talk” show, and Satya Das, famous psychologist and blogger with millions of subscribers, help the heroines sort themselves out and find the answers.

Woman is a theatrical symbiosis of humour, irony, ancient lore, eternal questions, and psychology, so popular today. Together with the heroes and the talk show hosts, the audience members will try to discover their true selves by enlisting the help of theatre rather than therapy sessions. Will they succeed?
