To start the game you need to place a bet on the Ante field. After the dealer says “No more bets” and closes bets with his hand, you cannot touch or change your bets. The dealer deals five cards face down to each box and five cards to himself. And reveals his first (bottom) card.

You need to look at your cards and make one of the following decisions:

• Play. This means you place cards on Bet and place a bet on them equal to two Antes.
• Do not play. Fold your cards. In this case, you lose your original Ante bet.
• Change from 1 to 5 cards or buy one additional card. In this case, you need to pay a bet equal to the Ante.

The dealer exchanges and purchases cards in the order of distribution. After you have received new cards, you can again decide whether to continue the game (to do this you need to place a bet on the Bet field equal to two Antes) or abandon the game by discarding the initial Ante bet.

The player can play from 1 to 4 boxes “light”, while he can look at all 4 boxes in turn and make a decision on each box in the order of distribution. Returning to the previous box after making a decision is impossible.

To play “dark”, you must confirm the game with Ante and Bet bets before the cards are dealt. When playing “dark”, you can place additional bets on the bonus.

All these bets must be made before the hand begins. In this case, the bets on the light boxes must be equal to each other. Bets on dark boxes may differ in their denomination both from each other and from bets on light boxes.

If you want to play on several boxes at once, then they must be located side by side, that is, sequentially one after another.

There is no exchange of cards on “dark” boxes. There is also no opportunity to insure a combination or buy a game from a dealer.

If a player has a combination of “Three of the same type” and higher in his hands, he can insure it against “No Game” from the dealer before opening the dealer’s cards. To do this, you need to place a bet in the amount of up to 100% of the payout for the combination (within the maximum payout of the table). The minimum bet for insurance is equal to the Ante bet. The total payout on the box (combination + insurance) cannot exceed the maximum payout of the table.

If the dealer has “No Game”, then the insurance bet wins and is paid in a 1:1 ratio. If the dealer has any of the poker combinations, the insurance bet loses. The exception is the situation when the dealer's combination is higher than the combination on the box, and also when the combinations of the dealer and the player are equal. In this case, the insurance does not lose, i.e. it is not collected or paid for.

After all players have made their final decision, the dealer reveals his cards. Poker combinations are compared one by one. Combinations higher than the dealer's win.

The second combination must include at least one card that is not included in the main combination. On five cards, the second combination can only be Ace + King.

You only get extra pay for the second hand if the main hand is greater than the dealer's hand. The total payout for combinations and insurance cannot exceed the maximum payout of the table.

If the player’s combination is greater than the dealer’s, the dealer pays only the Bet bet in accordance with the payout table; the Ante bet is not paid in this case.

In the event of a "No Game" from the dealer, the player can choose to receive an Ante or "buy the game" to the dealer, i.e., swap the dealer's high card for the next card from the deck for one Ante. Moreover, if the next card from the deck is identical to the one being replaced (and the dealer again has “No Game”), then the dealer, without additional payment, exchanges the highest card again, but only once.

If, after the dealer purchases the game, any combination is formed, the dealer one by one opens the cards of the players who participated in the purchase of the game and compares the combination of each box with his own combination.

If after purchasing a game from the dealer there is again “No Game”, then the “Bet” bet is not paid and is not collected.

The insurance bet does not exclude the possibility of the dealer purchasing the game.

If the dealer and the player have the same combinations, the winner is determined by the highest card; in the absence of this, a “draw” situation arises: the player’s bet neither loses nor wins.

When playing Russian poker, you will not see the cards of other players and will not be able to exchange information about your cards with them. In Open Russian Poker, the opposite is true: information exchange is acceptable. What else is the difference? In the payout for the “Two Pair” combination in Open Russian Poker, the payout is made in the ratio of 1:1, and in Russian Poker the similar payout is paid above 2:1.

Before the start of the distribution, in addition to the regular Ante bet, the player can make an additional bet on the bonus: it is paid before the players start exchanging and purchasing cards.
