A guide for first-time visitors to the Krasnaya Polyana Gaming Zone.

A visit to the Krasnaya Polyana Gaming Zone is a must! Your first step is to register and receive your personal guest card. How do you do that?

The guide for obtaining your guest card:

1. You must be at least 18 years old. Minors are prohibited from visiting the Krasnaya Polyana Gaming Zone.
2. Come to Boomerang Casino, Casino Sochi or Bonus Slots. Ask the manager at the Registration Counter.
3. Present your passport. Please note that we do not accept driver’s licenses or photos of passports. You must bring your passport. That’s the only way!
4. Fill out the guest questionnaire – it will take you as little as 90 seconds.
5. We will also take your photo for subsequent identification.
6. Receive your personal guest card.

And make sure you take advantage of the privileges for first-time visitors!

Foreign nationals must present their travel passport and immigration card. The following documents may be presented in lieu of the immigration card:

• Temporary registration
• Residence permit
• Temporary residence permit (stamp in the travel passport)

Belarus nationals do not need to present their immigration card. Nationals of Armenia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan may stay in Russia for 30 days without obtaining an immigration card provided their passport is stamped when they cross the Russian border.

1. Those under 18 years of age. Incidentally, under the legislation of the Russian Federation, minority ends on the day following the 18th birthday, in fact, after 23:59 on your birthday.
2. Those under the influence of alcohol, drugs or toxic substances, or in a state entailing inadequate perception of reality.
3. Animals, birds, reptiles, other animals and animal species apart from guide dogs accompanying people with disabilities (dogs must be muzzled and owners must carry the dog’s passport).
4. People showing symptoms of infectious diseases.
5. People with obvious signs of mentally deviant behaviour different from generally accepted human conduct.
6. People on the Krasnaya Polyana Gaming Zone stop list.

The administration may deny anybody admission to the Casino without giving any reason.
